Media personality and former Kiss 100FM presenter Adelle Onyango has been featured by CNN for her podcast series that continues to positively impact on lives across the globe.

CNN hailed Miss Onyango’s “Legally Clueless” podcast as an educational and creative initiative.
The podcast was launched by the radio queen in 2019 shortly after quitting Kiss 100FM.

“Her legally Clueless podcast attracts millions of listeners worldwide. It was inspired by a period she left her high profile job in Radio,” part of the CNN feature stated.

The unique podcast enjoys a wider audience from across the globe including Ghana, Rwanda, South Africa, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Adelle uses the platform to tackle societal issues such as sexuality, relationships and other topics affecting the youth.

At the onset of the podcast which was an instant hit, the media queen stated that it was meant to bring on board people struggling with transitioning from the job space to an entrepreneurial venture.

“I was wondering if I am the only one who is going through these monumental spaces in life where you are transitioning from a job and trying to figure out what’s next, so that’s how it started.

“I also realised that I don’t have a monopoly over life experiences hence I sought to bring my friends and a few guests on my podcast to help share their narrative,” she stated.

“I bought my microphones, transformed part of my home into a working studio… but I had no idea what I was doing,” she stated in a past interview.

Through her hard work, she has earned her place at the top as a strong voice in the continent’s social sphere.
She was made it in the BBC Top 100 Women in 2017.

A year later she was featured by French publication Le Point as well as the Okay Africa Magazine top 100 Women in 2018.
