Self-declared President of Comedy in Africa Eric Omondi has shared his harrowing experience at the hands of 23 women that made him lose 23 Kg in record time this year.
The talented comedian and emcee divulged that handling 23 women is not an easy task as he came to learn during the Wife Material Show that saw his weight drop drastically in a matter of days from 80 Kg to 57 Kg.
The high-octane show featured beauties from across the region and was cancelled after a series of clashes with KFCB boss that also saw the funny man arrested.
The comedian who recently showed off a new look as he rocked some abs and a ripped body after putting a lot of work in the gym and fixing his diet apparently maintains that the women are responsible for his weight loss.
Taking to Instagram, Omondi wrote: “At the beginning of #WifeMaterialOne I weighed 78 Kgs and was extremely muscled up, by the end of #WifeMaterial2 I am 57Kgs with diminished muscles (Handling 23 Women is not a joke)”.
“Now I have to get back and go all the way to 80 Kgs of pure, lean muscles before #WifeMaterial3 and maintain it forever… let’s goo,” he added.
He also shared a video of a section of his house that he had turned into a gym for easy workouts and urged his fans to watch out for the results in a few months’ time.
“Sadly, It seems #WifeMaterial2 was never meant to happen, but we can still say it happened in a way, actually twice. The show was to begin tomorrow as it had been heavily advertised but unfortunately, that won’t be so.
The idea behind #WifeMaterial is to entertain but most importantly to ensure that the contestants are comfortable, safe and having the time of their lives while contesting. Unfortunately one of the contestants went completely and utterly “rogue” and despite numerous attempts to control the situation, the atmosphere in the house has not been conducive for the show to continue. We say farewell to season two. Season three will start almost immediately.” Eric stated.
