Award winning Kenyan music producer Magix Enga christened Beat King shocked many with a suicidal post he made on social media on Saturday night with many rushing to his rescue in the wake of the post.

Hinting at his death, the post, which he shared on June 4 at exactly 10:35 PM, read; ” I’m gonna die tonight.”

“I’m going to miss everyone.” Added the Beat King.

Details of what provoked the celebrated producer to pen such a note remain scanty even as a review of his past activity does not unearth any hint of a troubled man.

The post came two hours before yet another one in which he mourned a friend writing:

” I wish I can talk to you now. RIP King Mose,” accompanied it with love emojis before adding “I miss you”.

Others took the serious note with a light touch and appeared not to take the issue seriously since some made fun of the suicidal post at a time when cases of suicide in the country are on the rise.
