Our news crew site visit to the Kitisuru project revealed that the company is putting up affordable houses that will see more than 250 units up for grabs.
Nestled in the Serene Kitisuru, the project prides itself on 1,2, and 3 bedrooms apartments overlooking the greenery.
Simon Kimani the developer alludes:
“This is the fifth project that we are handling and our focus is customer satisfaction. We are targeting the youths and those in the middle income bracket to ensure they become homeowners,” Kimani noted.
He at the same time called upon the government to incentivize by reducing taxes, especially on construction materials. We would also like to urge the government to be keen by weeding out a few of the unprofessional guys who end up making buildings collapse due to inefficiency.”
