After a colorful launch earlier last month, an event graced by Nairobi Governor Sakaja gracing a thanksgiving ceremony for Geoffrey Mosiria at KICC for being an outstanding chief of staff now Mosiria has made a comeback.
Mosiria after the ceremony was termed an Omogusii mediator in Nairobi.
Mosiria made a surprise visit and held a successful meeting with youth leaders/ professionals drawn from different parts of Nairobi comprising of former and current student leaders, political aspirants, corporate leaders, staff from independent bodies, and chairs of various lobby groups.
During a short meeting and addressing the media, the groups thanked Hon. Johnson A. Sakaja for entrusting Hon. Mosiria to serve in his administration alongside his brother Michira.
During the address, Mosiria revealed crucial stages he has made to unite the Gusii region in Nairobi bringing unity and inclusivity of young and brilliant generations within the city and the support he has selflessly and indiscriminately offered to not only Gusii people but also to Kenyans.
The leaders noted that the lacuna, which has been in existence for years, has since been substantively filled by Hon. Geoffrey Mosiria owing to the fact that order has been restored in proper Gusii community representation in the current administration, unlike in the past regimes.
“It is in the public domain that our community has been wallowing in political confusion, it has come to a time we make our one million votes here in Nairobi count,” Cyrus Matoke an attendee speaks.
Hon. Mosiria accepted the role of leading the Kisiis in Nairobi and sought continuous support from the community, which he is currently enjoying and firmly dispensing.
He unambiguously opined how he has done his best in helping those who have sought his assistance where he had jurisdiction.
“I will soldier on the end and not only shed light in the economy but selflessly work and make Nairobi work, it’s possible I will deliver and make my boss great in delivering his mandate.” Hon Mosiria said.
