Hon Governor Simba Arati attending the third official opening of the County Assembly
Kisii Governor H.E Simba Arati has today graced the official opening of the third County Assembly of Kisii at the main Chambers of Kisii County Assembly.
The Governor who was accompanied by his Deputy H.E Dr. Robert Monda,Kisii Senator Hon.Richard Onyonka, handed his Manifesto to the Assembly in his inaugural Speech.
H.E Simba Arati congratulated the Kisii County third assembly speaker Hon Dr. Phillip Nyanumba on his historic election in the same line commended members of Kisii County Assembly on their elections and wished them well as they start a journey to serve the county.
The Governor vowed to deliver on the promises He made to the great people of Kisii during the electioning period.
